Special Delivery
Some items are Made-To-Order, and may be dispatched from us or directly from the manufacturer. If you place an order for one or more of these items, we will contact you via email with regard to production and/or shipping.

We ship to more than 100 countries using UPS Worldwide Expedited service. In general all Made-To-Oder items are dispatched 4-6 weeks from date of purchase.
All Made-To-Order items, may be dispatched from us or directly from the manufacturer. If you place an order for one or more of these items, we will contact you via email with regard to production and/or shipping.

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.
We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of, open, and/or examine the contents of packages at their discretion. Unfortunately we are unable to amend delivery details once your order has been placed. It is therefore very important that you check all the order details are correct before completing your transaction.
For US orders, if our couriers are unable to obtain a signature they will attempt one further delivery at a later date. If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, a calling card will be left and your parcel will be returned to your local carriers depot.
It is your responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements in relation to your order. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order.
Certain countries may also require other certification or information in order for your order to be delivered, which again may delay your delivery (by approximately 7 days on top of the destination's standard delivery time).
**Bespoke items, Made-To-Order items, Personalized items or goods which have been made to a customer's specification, are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. Additionally, we cannot accept returns of monogrammed or special-order items, or of items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Due to the nature of personalised or monogrammed items, returns, changes or cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
We do not offer in-house shoe resoling services. We highly recommend supporting your local cobbler for any and all shoe repairs, including recrafting services to replace worn soles, suede cleaning and proper nourishing to dehydrated leathers.
Size recommendations are based on a digital 3D analysis and empirical study conducted for all our own shoelasts streamlined with an inteligent best-fit algorithm. Please bear in mind that our size recommendation is only good for the shoe category that you are designing. Understandably, fitting among different shoe categories might differ. For any other shoe style size recommendation, please go back to designing section, select new shoe model, access the online size calculator tool and check your size again.
Also please bear in mind that difference in shoe sizes measurements is often as small as 2mm (1/12 inches) so your foot measurements will need to be equally detail-oriented to be effective. Please ensure you measure your feet following strictly instructions shown in help guide.
It is best to measure your feet after a full day of walking because exercise can slightly increase the size of your feet. Measure both feet; most people's feet are slightly asymmetrical. Use the measurements from the larger foot.
